The sleep program was very interesting and I feel I have learned a lot from the weekly instalments. I struggle to get a good night's sleep due to pain and I also suffer from restless legs syndrome. The latter is particularly distressing and when it strikes it's impossible to remain in bed. Lots of helpful topics are covered in this program such as diet and exercise. The issue of talking about the Circadian rhythm was particularly interesting. Excellent program overall.

My mind is always working overtime, especially on a night time which leaves me tired and irritable,but i did want to rely on pills to help me sleep so seeing this program i thought i would give it a try to see uf would help and i was very surprised at the information and all tips tricks for helping me with ideas to help switch off,relax and drift off alot easier than before reading. Very good sleeping program! I am a very light sleeper who wakes up at least 2-3 times at night for “noises” around me also I have a young boy too. The most helpful article was the sleeping environment, what to do what not. I feel like I sleep better now, not the best yet, but I’m working on it.
