In all the years that I have had this chronic condition I have never come across such well written and easy to understand information. The support groups are helpful, people who have not much knowledge of the symptoms will find this very informative, making people feel understood is very important and showing that you can have IBS d or c but still encounter similar issues. This support program is excellent. I think Doctors need to supply patients with this kind of information. I thought I knew everything about the condition but I have been able to get new information about the condition. I had been a member of Gut reaction years ago and found this very helpful but I may try some of the other support you have mentioned. I have followed a FOD map diet for a few years and found that helps. Thank you talkhealth.

It covered all aspects of IBS. It used professionals and people with this chronic condition. It clearly demonstrated the different types of IBS.  It gave tips and useful ideas and follow up information. The information was clear and easy to read, not jargonised.

Good practical advice in an easy to read format. No scare mongering. Great links to other sites for help and information.

It gives lots of information, advice, links to organisations that help, case histories and stories. I have read all of it, I think, and feel much better informed. A lot of the advice has helped me. It is reassuring to know that there are so many sufferers, and people who have a much worse time with it. I have changed my diet, and I am investigating if I have celiac disease, as my son and granddaughter both have this. I feel it is much more manageable now

The programme is great because you different IBS related topics in bites rather than all at once, and this helps you focus on the topic discussed, such as diet and symptoms. I really found the topic of IBS and its psychological impact on you as a sufferer very eye-opening. I have noticed mood changes in myself since being diagnosed with IBS, but didn't realise the impact it also has on my relationships everyday. I loved the range of topics and how they were shown to me as a sufferer. If you have IBS I would definitely recommend this course, it's so good!

From start to finish the programme gave clear concise facts and suggestions. The dialogue was easy to understand as were the supporting diagrams. I have recommended this programme to many family and friends. The questions of what to speak to your doctor about was particularly helpful to my daughter who has now approached her doctor and has had some positive help from them. I have printed each weeks programme off for future use. This was such a helpful programme and I thank you very much.

An excellent programme for anyone with IBS. It can be such a debilitating condition to live with and this programme, not only helps you realise that you're not alone but, gives so many useful strategies to help you deal with it.

Particularly useful is the list of questions to ask your health professional; leading to useful conversations about how to move your treatment forwards.

I would definitely recommend this programme.
