It was extremely detailed, it covered a lot of ground and helped me to deal with some of the issues that I have and had never dealt with before, it was great to deal with like minded people. There was a lot of help and advice contained within the programme.

It gave me help and support and information that I would never have known about if it was not for the support program. I have learnt quite a few things that I would not have even thought about. It has provided me with help and assistance and given me an idea of other sites I can access to see if they have any solutions to my problem and if there is any where else I can go to for help and advise.

This programme is ideal for anyone suffering from IBS, it provides an in depth breakdown on all aspects of the condition form causes, diet, symptoms, treatments and aids. It's also a really useful tool on how to discuss your concerns with your GP. As an IBS sufferer for over 30 years, i found this programme extremely insightful and useful.

I found it really helpful, a different topic each week which wasn't too long to read so could be easily made time for. Very informative, more information than I have ever received from my doctor! Nice to know I am not alone too as the mental impact of IBS is just as bad as the physical.
