Tips are very useful as feel doctor is no help at all.
Interesting to find out that there are emotional and psychological triggers to take into account as well as dietary. I have started taking probiotics daily which have really helped.

Informative, genuine and down to earth.
It was useful to learn what I can change in my diet to improve.
Access to information in clear concise way to help me manage the condition
The myIBS was a really accessible, helpful programme with lots of useful tip that can easily be be applied in day to day life.
It was extremely useful information that was provided. I felt extremely supported and gained further knowledge about the disease which impacts on my life greatly and has done for many years now.
I certainly gained far more information about the condition and some of the tips were very helpful.
It taught me more information on how it’s caused and I can try myself to improve my diet as well as the medication I take.
It was extremely detailed, it covered a lot of ground and helped me to deal with some of the issues that I have and had never dealt with before, it was great to deal with like minded people. There was a lot of help and advice contained within the programme.
It gave me help and support and information that I would never have known about if it was not for the support program. I have learnt quite a few things that I would not have even thought about. It has provided me with help and assistance and given me an idea of other sites I can access to see if they have any solutions to my problem and if there is any where else I can go to for help and advise.
This programme is ideal for anyone suffering from IBS, it provides an in depth breakdown on all aspects of the condition form causes, diet, symptoms, treatments and aids. It's also a really useful tool on how to discuss your concerns with your GP. As an IBS sufferer for over 30 years, i found this programme extremely insightful and useful.
I found it really helpful, a different topic each week which wasn't too long to read so could be easily made time for. Very informative, more information than I have ever received from my doctor! Nice to know I am not alone too as the mental impact of IBS is just as bad as the physical.
