Having Hemorrhoid during pregnancy

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and miserable! I think I have hemorrhoids. Sitting for any length of time is a nightmare, and even going to the bathroom is painful. I haven't noticed any bleeding, but there's definitely a burning feeling and a lump near my rectum. I'm worried about using any medications because of the pregnancy. Has anyone else dealt with hemorrhoids during pregnancy? What home remedies helped you find relief? Should I call my doctor right away, or can I wait and see if it gets better?
