Skin- what is this? (with history attatched)

I have compound heterozygote for haemochromatosis with increased ferritin and iron saturation, and steato-hepatitis (advanced NAFLD) from SoJIA. Previous ascites (drained once).

From August my Child–Pugh score is B however there needs to be a second check due to previous inflammation which may have influenced it which has now gone down. Awaiting appt in a week.

Last night I found these on my skin and I thought initially I had scratched myself until I looked in the mirror due to them being raised.
They itch a little, they don't hurt, but they're very confusing. They are not blisters albeit they do look like them.

I have commented on each image where on my torso each 'spot of whatever it is' is- they are all on my right side.
Does this look liver related? Or is this something else? Not wanting to waste an extra drs appt if it may go away and does not seem to be an issue.

Thank you.
