Can hormone treatment for delayed puberty cause a person to become verbally and physically abusive?

Hi there. I have a question about hormone treatment for delayed puberty. Can the treatment cause a person to act in a controlling, manipulative way, and cause the person to become verbally and physically abusive to others? Someone I know has been verbally and even physically abusive to members of my family (she even physically assaulted a niece of mine), and has told my mother "I'm on hormone therapy, so I'm entitled to behave this way". So is this true? Can the treatment she's on cause this abusive behavior? Any info would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
