20 weeks after my total knee replacement

I had it done privately. I didn't expect to still have stiff and soreness this much after but I do keep hearing it can take about a year for full recovery.
I'm trying to get back into riding my bicycle without discomfort. Ive had 10 physio sessions and have one more left after my insurers granted more on top of the initial 9, Ive been rigorous in my self physio.
Ive only walked short distances and I can feel a bit of stiffness but nothing to cry about.
My knee bend is 110° and it has been around that since week 12 post. I had a discussion about knee bend at my last physio session over a week ago and was advised some people only get to 90°, some can get to 120°. To ride my bike comfortably I need 115° (which I get to when I come off the exercise bike) but at the start of being on the bike, the motion is stiff and unnatural.
I really wish I had this discussion earlier and pushed myself beyond the pain more during those first 12 weeks of physio as I'm convinced I would have been determined to get to 120, but now despite pushing myself I'm not getting much change.
Can anyone advise on their experience of TKR and how long it took to stop feeling the sore and stiffness?
