Tens machines for knee pain
I have recently purchased a tens machine for my knee pain (medial compartment osteoarthritis). Unsure what is the best mode to use i.e. acupuncture, massage, scrape etc. Any ideas anyone?

hi gbutcher.
medial knee pain. I'd use the acupuncture or massage settings and then place the electrode pads at least an inch from each other around the soft tissue (non bone) area around the inside of the knee and quad muscle above the knee. i'd run the machine highest you can tolerate for 5-10minutes and do daily. should help calm some muscles and nerves down.
