Is Botox also good for getting rid acne?

I’m thinking of getting Botox in Hertfordshire from a clinic that my friend knows to eliminate the ugly wrinkles in my face, especially on my forehead. I’m just wondering if Botox can also help remove acne or even just control them from spreading? They've become such a pain, so I really hope Botox can help me on this!

But acne can also caused by some problems with health. So it's better to figure out what cause acne and then start thinking on how to treat it
