Really need help please.

I just want to ask if any one could help me on my skin problem. Not sure if its eczema or other, at first its only in my neck and now its spreading near my legs.

Thank you for your post and photos. I would recommend that your visit your GP for advice or if you are unable to get to your GP try a pharmacy, there may be something you can buy over the counter but I would definitely recommend you make an appointment with your GP.
