embarrassing place for Eczema

Ok so this post is about a part of the body that people wouldn't wanna talk about but I feel like I need to. I need advice/help here.
I am 24 and Have never had symptoms of Eczema all my life until late last year. I wasn't sure what caused it but I had eczema begin to flare up on the shaft of my penis. It then went away about May this year after i had used things like Zerobase Emoilment cream and began using a body wash with basically no chemicals in it. But now it seems to have come back out of nowhere? around the same time as last year. My only theory is it could be these baby wipes ive used which ARE FOR Sensitive skin but about 5 minutes after coming into contact with them it made my eczema flare up in that area again. whats odd is it doesn't cause it on any other part of my body if touched. Only down there.
Also on a side note. Anyone have tips on how to wear clothes without having your Emoilment cream come off??? This is a nightmare lol.
