i'm not overweight, but running is the best for me when i want to lose weight.

When I was overweight (by 55 pounds) I met with a doctor and we changed my diet. While I did still exercise, I lost most of that weight eating healthier. I'm going to say 90 percent what I ate, 10 percent exercise.

If you want to lose your weight then you should follow these steps properly:
1. Drink Green tea
2. Avoid sugary drinks
3. Eat soluble fiber
4. Do Exercise
5. Drink at least 2 liter of water
6. Go for Morning and Evening walk
7. Eat unprocessed food

Run and cycling daily as much you can , exercises are also necessary for loss of weight . A good grip on food also eat fat free food which helps you to loss weight quickly.

To lose weight, the best way is eat right and decide a proper workout plan 5-6 days in a week. Try to change your diet.
Eat six times per day.
Eat 3 main meals including fresh fruits and vegetables to lunch and dinner.
