Eat healthy and do regular exercise, it is time taking but healthy. The food like green vegetables, fruits, salad,sprout are good for healthy diet.
You can try good diet supplements like Regenon pills by consulting with your doctor.

Diet plays a very important role in weight lose process. It is best to eat healthy but less quantity meal in our daily life. We should skip high protein and calories food and try to eat fruits and vegetables.
