Janine Ward is an accredited Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and a qualified Mental Health Practitioner. For the last 8 years she has been working in mental health teams, dealing with both serious and commonly found mental health issues.

She has been a team leader in the NHS and in Turning Point - a social enterprise providing services across mental health, leaning disability, substance misuse and employment.

She also lectures low intensity IAPT mental health studies at the University of Southampton for the certificate and masters levels. Janine is interested in educating people on mental health, in order to increase public awareness, promote high quality treatment and reduce stigma.
